Solar Energy is one of the best sources of clean and green electricity. I think that we should build more efficient solar thermal power plants and solar cells. frequently. ~

I think that dramatic barriers should be built to atleast try to cut off from further damages, also these high risk area property owners should be notified about the risks, and have option to move, or face consequences,Waiting will just cause disaster, if i was president i would do this, prevention is better than cure.

Well said, Peter. As Carl Jung put it, "When you deny something access by the front door it will come through the back door knife in hand." Fessing up to unpalatable truths is the greatest challenge humans face right now. Population is high on the list.

Discovering different sources of energy benefits a lot of people. I hope the usage of wind and biomass will materialize soon!

One thing I fin most challenging is the that South African businesses development does not seem t be ready for sustainable development thinking. I have just attained my Hon in Sustainable development Planning and Management and yet when one approach business there is seems to be a gapping hole in their understanding. Everyone is talking but all they do is talking. As a new person entering in the field with regards to business it is crazy that one cannot find businsess to listen to you

the cost of Solar Cells for Solar Energy utilization has been decreasing over the past years. pretty soon, solar energy would be a more viable alternative than fossil fuels
